I completed an offer but did not get my points.
Partners can take from a few minutes up to a few days to confirm. If it still has not arrived, email us with the offer name, the partner, the date and a screenshot — we escalate it to the partner for you.
How long does a cashout take?
Every cashout is checked by a person. Most are sent within 24 hours. You get a notification the moment it is paid.
Why was my cashout rejected?
The reason is written in your Rewards history, and your points are returned automatically. Usually it is a wrong destination or activity our Fair-Use policy does not allow.
Can I change my saved wallet?
Yes — go to Settings → Payout wallets to replace or remove it at any time.
Is NedCash free?
Yes. You never pay anything to earn on NedCash.
